IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Thank you for considering The Golden 1 Credit Union for your home mortgage. To begin processing your application, we require payment of a non-refundable $250 application fee. To proceed with your application, please print and complete your "Funds Authorization Form" and fax it to (916) 732-2870 as soon as possible after submitting your online mortgage application. When your application and signed "Funds Authorization Form" are received and we have mailed disclosures to your attention, we will begin to review your application following receipt of the $250 application fee. After submitting your application and "Funds Authorization Form", if you have identified a property for the loan, have received loan approval and you wish to proceed with your application, an additional $200 will be required as per your "Funds Authorization Form" to proceed with opening escrow and other related services.
